Peanut Butter Bread

Peanut Butter Bread


Prep Time: 15 min.

Cook Time: 30 min.

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3/4 cups chopped peanuts
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 egg


  1. Combine and sift all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl
  2. Add milk and egg and whisk together, add half the peanut butter and whisk in before adding the second half. This makes the process a little easier. (Throw all together if using a hand mixer or kitchen aid)
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet in two increments
  4. Heavily spray 5 small loaf pans with pan coating, or use Crisco or butter smeared along bottom and side walls
  5. Evenly divide the batter and bake 350 for 25 min. Check with a skewer and add 5-10 minutes until cooked
  6. Enjoy with you favorite jelly, jam or butter spread
