Peanut Noodles

Peanut Noodles


  • 24 oz Skinner Pasta Thin Spaghetti
  • 10 cups chicken stock
  • 5 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 5 Tbsp peanut butter
  • Crushed peanuts (optional)
  • Sliced green onions (optional)
  • Sriracha (optional, to taste)


If you’re looking for a quick meal to share with your friends, or family that are your friends, this Peanut Noodles dish is versatile, only uses about 5 ingredients, and can be made in less than 30 minutes.

  1. Cook noodles in chicken stock for 9 minutes, until al dente
  2. Drain off most of the liquid
  3. Add soy sauce and peanut butter. Mix well.
  4. Add crushed peanuts and sliced green onions.
